Who Qualifies For Your Bursary Or University Student Loan From NSFAS?
The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) has formally opened the 2025 application system.
Applications are actually open and can shut on fifteen December 2024.
*** Who qualifies for NSFAS funding
To qualify for NSFAS funding, an applicant will have to meet the subsequent criteria:

The NSFAS Loan Scheme for the missing middle is open up to all South African citizens and permanent citizens from households with combined R350 000 and R600 000 for each annum.
Applicants are reminded to offer the proper Identity Doc numbers, names, and surname, as reflected within their South African ID.
NSFAS only funds individuals who are learning or intend to study at a public university or TVET college in South Africa.
All students who wish to study here in any of the public universities and TVET colleges should apply timeously and not to wait until nsfas 2025 the last day.
